Southern Governor stresses resolve to meet citizens' needs

Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa has visited a number of Majlises of dignitaries in Askar, Jaw and Al-Door villages and stressed resolve to implement the royal leadership’s directives to closely learn about the needs of citizens and residents of the governorate.
The Governor pointed out the vital role played by the Majlises in bringing up issues of interest to the society and significantly contribute to addressing them.
He said his visit aimed to listen to the citizens’ needs and aspirations and to interpret them into action programmes to be implemented by the governorate in coordination with the competent bodies, calling for strengthening cooperation between the governorate and citizens to achieve community partnership and values of social communication.
The Majlises attendees expressed appreciation of the Governor’s visit, vowing to fully cooperate in the interest of the homeland.
