
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi discussed a number of national projects during a meeting with Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab and other Cabinet ministers.
During the meeting that grouped the ministers of industry, electricity, international cooperation, agriculture and investment, the president tackled the newly launched new Suez Canal project and a proposed venture to reclaim four million feddans, presidential spokesman Ehab Badawy said.
The meeting also took up ways of funding investment opportunities at the Suez Canal project.
The problem of power outage and ways to increase dependence on renewable energy were also discussed, the spokesman added.
