
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Thursday a presidential decree to pardon some prisoners over the occasion of 6th of October victory and Eidul Adha (Greater Bairam).
The decree excludes those who were imprisoned because of crimes related to damaging establishments, bribery, forgery and threatening the government.
It also excludes those involved in human trafficking, drugs, prostitution and illicit gain cases.
The decree requires that the prisoner is characterized by good conduct during his imprisonment phase.
The decree was published in the Gazette on Thursday.
