Cairo - MENA

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued on Wednesday presidential decrees granting the ministers of trade and industry, electricity, culture and social solidarity presidential powers in some tasks.

He also granted Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab presidential powers as regards recalling land titles for public interest, protecting antiquities, granting exceptional pensions and bonuses and in other tasks.
Sisi's decrees come in line with Article 148 of the Constitution that allow the president to grant some presidential powers to the premier or his cabinet ministers in some tasks. (MENA)
