Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, has called upon the employees of the housing programme to exert more efforts to achieve its strategic mission.

The mission includes providing a variety of innovative and sustainable housing services to UAE citizens, by applying the best international standards.

During the meeting, which was attended by the housing programme's managers and staff, Dr. Al Nuaimi said these direct meetings between the leadership and the employees were being held within the framework of the programme to support its teams, as well as to promote a conducive working environment to improve performance and efficiency levels.

He urged all employees to adopt a positive approach and exert more efforts to achieve excellence in all areas, highlighting that the programme, supported by the wise leadership, aims to strengthen a culture of innovation in the institutional work environment and provide leading services that would make employees and customers happy.

This meeting is part of a series of direct encounters held by Dr. Al Nuaimi with the employees, as human resources are one of the key pillars of the programme.
