Sharjah Police organise seminar about police role

The Police Research Centre at the Sharjah Police Headquarters has organised a seminar on the role of police in enhancing society security, as part of Sharjah Police's participation in the 36th Sharjah International Book Fair of 2017.
Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Salah Al Mazrouei, Head of the Scientific Co-operation Department at Sharjah Police Research Centre, discussed the concept and foundations of social security, the role of a culture of moderation and tolerance in spreading social security and priorities for achieving it, and the correlation between Islamic law and social security.
He stressed the wish of Sharjah Police to use the various media available to address each member of the society.
The seminar was moderated by Lieutenant Colonel Abdulla Malih, Head of the Scientific Research Department of the Police Research Centre.
