Shafiq: Egypt is passing through decisive phase

Former Egyptian Prime Minister and presidential candidate Ahmed Shafiq said Egypt is passing through a historical phase and needs a decisive leader to stop a series of problems at a Rotary Club conference Wednesday "Current circumstances in Egypt require everyone help to regain Egypt’s leadership role," said Shafiq. Shafiq confirmed that policemen must return to do their jobs. “Security must return as it possible in order to protect citizens,” he said. “Citizens also must respect security.” He said that the guilty must be punished in order to save Egypt.
