
Security reinforcements arrived on Friday in the headquarters of the security camp in Qatan, 40 km west of Sayoun city in Hadramout governorate.
The reinforcements came a day after a terrorist attack on the camp, which was thwarted and 8 terrorists were killed. Two soldiers were killed and three others wounded in the attack.
On Wednesday, army killed 18 terrorists and wounded many others after confrontations taken place in Mukalla-Sayoun road in Hadramout. Military sources confirmed that three terrorists were arrested, one of them is a Saudi national.
In the confrontations one soldier was killed and five others injured.
