Security measures beefed up in Alexandria to confront Muslim Brotherhood protests

Alexandria police patrolled on Friday at main squares and streets in order to tighten up security measures in the coastal governorate.
The move came after calls by the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group to stage protests on Friday in order to confront any attempt to stir chaos.
