
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz congratulated Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for the fruitful talks which contributed to further promoting bilateral ties and serving the Arab and Islamic causes.
During a Cabinet meeting Monday in Riyadh, the Saudi crown prince said that signing several agreements, memorandums of understanding and executive programs in the various spheres reflect close ties binding Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
The Cabinet also pointed out to the outcome of the Saudi king's visit to Egypt, adding that 17 agreements were signed between the two countries, including delimitation agreement of maritime borders, said Saudi acting minister of culture and information Khaled bin Abdullah al Araj.
Also, 21 agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed between the two countries in the various fields.
The decision to establish a bridge linking Saudi Arabia to Egypt will contribute to enhancing volume of trade exchange between the two countries, said the Cabinet.
The Cabinet also hailed the warm reception accorded to the Saudi king and his accompanying delegation during his visit to Egypt.
