
The Specialized Criminal Court has issued preliminary verdicts convicting two accused persons of imprisonment sentences from one year and six months to five years, after being found guilty of disobedience of the King's directive and went abroad to places of conflict to participate in the fighting, and coordinate the exit of some young people after communicating with a coordinator abroad to places of conflict, in addition to other charges.
The session opened with the presence of the judge of the case; the Attorney General and the defendants.
The court decided to convict the accused person and sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of five years from the date of apprehension and prevented him from traveling after his release from prison for a similar period of his imprisonment.
The offenders shall have the right to appealing the verdict within 30 days from the deadline for the receipt of the verdict's instruments.
