Spokesman for the Salafi Da'awa Adel Nasr has called on the pro-Mohamad Morsi National Alliance to Support Legitimacy to revise its stances and prioritize the national interests of Egypt.
The remarks came in a comment on recent withdrawals from the pro-ousted president alliance.
These withdrawals revealed the mistakes done by some parties in the recent period on which they started to backtrack, the spokesman said.
"Returning to the right path is a religious duty," he noted.
The Wasat Party announced Thursday it would withdraw from the alliance and start establishing a “national entity” grouping political movements that aimed to achieve January 25 Revolution goals.
