Royal support for religious tolerance praised

Minister of Labour and Social Development, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, today received Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia, Bishop Antonio Camillo, and discussed matters related to the construction of a cathedral in Bahrain.
The minister said there are many nationalities living without discrimination in Bahrain, the land of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, who freely practice their religious rituals, noting HM the King's keenness on maintaining the noble values.
Bishop Camillo extended thanks to HM the King for his support for the construction of a cathedral and lauded the spirit of friendship, peaceful coexistence and tolerance enjoyed by the people of Bahrain.
