Regularization of the military service status for men 30 aged and more, on 31 December 2011, continues in "good condition," said Sunday the Ministry of National Defence (MDN) in a statement.
Since the beginning of the operation in March 2011 to 26 June 2014, the number of citizens who benefited from the presidential measures amounted to 104,976, including 2,157 living abroad.
As part of these measures, 447,552 latecomers from 2002 to 2009 have also been regularized during the same period.
In addition, the Ministry of National Defence informs citizens that the national service centres nationwide will continue with all the "due diligence" to receive and deal with citizens, regardless the calendars set for each group.
