Rafah crossing re-opened before Gazans

Palestinian Ambassador to Egypt Gamal el-Shoubaki said that Egypt's authorities officially informed the Palestinian side of re-opening Rafah crossing Wednesday and Thursday to enable those stranded on the Egyptian side to cross into Gaza Strip.
He appealed to the Palestinians in various Egyptian governorates to head to the crossing to prepare for entering the terminal.
He thanked Egypt and said the step would help ease the suffering of the Palestinians.
