
The Permanent Delegation of the State of Qatar to the United Nations in conjunction with the Permanent Mission of the State of Liechtenstein to the United Nations, organized a discussion panel entitled "Accountability in Syria", held at Princeton University.
Participated in the discussion were HE Ambassador Sheikha Alia Ahmed bin Saif Al -Thani, the Permanent Representative of Qatar to the United Nations, and a number of the delegates of the Member States in the Group of Friends of Syria, as well as a group of international law and humanitarian law experts.
The participants discussed the options available to hold perpetrators accountable for the continuing human rights violations, and the perpetrators of crimes against humanity and war crimes against the Syrian people.
