Qassam leader's wife, daughter killed in Israeli raid over Gaza

The wife and daughter of Hamas's Ezzeldin el-Qassam Brigades leader Mohammed el-Deif were killed in an Israeli air raid over northern Gaza on Tuesday, a leading Hamas member said.
On his Facebook page, Moussa Abu Marzouk, member of Hamas political office who is currently in Cairo, said this is a new crime to be added to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's record in violating agreements and targeting civilians.
Israeli talk about the firing of three rockets from Gaza Strip is an excuse to foil Cairo negotiations aiming at reaching a long-lasting ceasefire.
A 24-hour truce due to last until midnight collapsed Tuesday afternoon after Israel said three rockets were fired at Israel.
"In an unexpected step, Netanyahu announce fall of three rockets, withdrawal of negotiating team and end of truce," he said.
Despite the new Israeli crime, the Palestinian delegation will not leave Cairo and will remain in session till the achievement of Palestinian goals.
In a staement, the Hamas Brigades said Israel had “opened the gates of hell on itself” by the killings and warned that the Jewish state would “pay the price for its crimes.”
Deif, aka Abu Khaled, is being hunted down by Israel for 20 years and he has survived many assassination attempts.
He assumed the command of the Brigades after Sheikh Salah Shahata was assassinated by Israel in the summer of 2002.
