Presidential decress to establish New Mansoura city

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued presidential decree no. 378 in 2017 to establish “New Mansoura” city, Minister of Housing Mostafa Madboli said.
The decision stipulates the re-allocation of 5,104 feddans of the state-owned lands to the New Urban Communities Authority to be used in establishing a new urban community (New Mansoura city), he said.
The city will include touristic housing, villas and medium and social housing, he said.
