Presidential decree entrusts PM with some president's specialisations

President Abdel Fattah El Sisis issued Monday a presidential decree entrusting Prime Minister with managing state property at no charges.
The premier was also entrusted with expropriating real estate for public interest and protection of monuments, granting pensions, bonuses, loans or compensating loses for civil servants in public sector, presidential spokesman Ihab Badawi said.
