Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese joined the public who assembled at St. Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in Abbasiya to celebrate the Easter.
The Pope greeted the celebrating Copts who chanted Easter hymns at the Church.
As part of the celebration tradition, the Pope stepped outside the Church to give children some candy.
