His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today, in the presence of His Roya Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, the Speaker of the Representatives Council and a several members of the Representatives and Shura councils.
HRH Premier underlined the government's keenness to adopt economic and investment policies and programmes that maintain the kingdom's competitive potentials and make it more attractive to investors, which will reflect positively on the citizens' standards of living and support the development march, spearheaded by it.
HRH the Prime Minister warned of continuous attempts to target the region's security and stability in various forms, urging new formulas of cooperation among countries of the region and more regional and international efforts to safeguard regional stability.
He said that the region was still suffering from the political, economic and social impacts of the bitter experience and instable situation it had gone through.
