Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab Tuesday paid tribute to Jordan's government and people as he inaugurated operations to upgrade Nuweiba Port.
Mahlab hailed as deep and strong relations with Amman.
The PM spoke highly of stances by Jordanian King Abdullah II as Jordanian Transport Minister Lina Shbeeb attended the inauguration ceremony today.
The Egyptian and Jordanian peoples have a special relationship, Mahlab said.
The Jordanian minister was pleased with Nuweiba Port in its new shape. She called it a safe path for inter-Arab trade. The port links the Levant and Arab Maghreb, Shbeeb said.
