
The Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Soliman Wahdan on Tuesday decided to postpone the opening of the parliamentary general session for half an hour for lack of quorum.
Wahdan, who presided over the session, said "As the quorum is not reached and in line with article No. 279 of the parliament's statute, the session's opening will be delayed for 30 minutes."
