Palestinian delegation
Cairo - PNN

Palestinian delegation announced delay of Cairo negotiations that were supposed to start today Tuesday, in response to the execution of two martyrs Qawasmeh and Abu Aisha.
General secretary of the Palestine people party and member of the truce negotiations delegation, Bassam Salhi, said that the assassination of two Al-Qassam Brigades of Occupied Palestine, indicates the Israeli occupation’s intentions to disrupt any agreement or fruition of this conference.
Salhi told Resala.net Tuesday that the occupation carries on persecuting Palestinians in all different ways, with the most recent assassination of Marwan Qawasmeh and Amer Abu Aisheh in Hebron.
Salhi said that the assassination will negatively affect the truce negotiations to take place in Cairo between Palestine and the Israeli Occupation delegations.
He added that the Occupation refuses committing to any policy or progress in the negotiations, instead, it continues to grow their war crimes and violations of human rights and international laws.
Salhi said that today’s conference will focus only on scheduling the upcoming sessions, that might resume in Al-Adha Feast and the Jewish new year.
The delay of negotiations was decided today Tuesday after Israeli sources announced  assassinating Marwan Qawasmeh and Amer Abu Aisheh for being “suspects” of kidnap and death of three Israeli settlers three months ago, and after the imprisonment of three youngsters of al Qawasmeh family today.
The first round of negotiations was supposed to launch in Cairo today, for agreement on ceasefire truce in Gaza, so as to carry on with negotiations next month.
Head of Palestinian delegation, Azzam Al-Ahmad, arrived in Cairo by late Monday hours.
Hamas official, Ezzat Al-Reshq, assured that the nagotiations will be attended by a miniature Palestinian delegation, consisting of two representatives of Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and PLO representative Azzam Al-Ahmad.
Member of the united Palestinian delegation, and Democratic front representative, Qais Abd-Alkarim, said that the delegation is considering withdrawing  the ceasefire talks which Cairo intermediates, without any protesting on Israel’s killing two Palestinians this Tuesday morning.
Palestinian official and General secretary deputy of the Democratic front, Abu Layla, told Reuters that the delegations did not head to the negotiations place after hearing the assassination news.
