
The Palestinian Presidency on Tuesday condemned that the attack on a Jewish synagogue in Jerusalem and any kind of violence, calling on Israelis to stop storming of Al-Aqsa mosque and other provocations by the Jewish settlers.
In a statement released on Tuesday, the Palestinian presidency asserted that time is now ripe for ending the Israeli occupation and eliminating all reasons of tension and violence.
The presidency also asserted its commitment to a just solution based on the two-state solution in accordance with the international legitimacy resolutions.
Two Palestinians attacked a Jewish synagogue, killing six settlers and injuring others.
The two assailants were killed by the Israeli security forces, while clashes broke out at Jabal Al-Mokaber village and helicopters were seen hovering over the occupied city of Jerusalem.
