Opening Eshkeet-Qustul crossing desire of Sudan and Egypt to relations

The official spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, Ambassador, Yousif Alkudfani has described the opening of the border crossing, "Eshkeet - Qustul" between Sudan as an important historic event in the process of the Egyptian-Sudanese relations .
The Ambassador responding to a question, by SUNA ON the role of the crossing in supporting bilateral relations, said that the crossing will contribute significantly to the development of economic and trade relations between Sudan and Egypt in particular, as it reflects the desire of the two brotherly countries in the strengthening these relations to wider horizons .
On the recent visit to Khartoum by Dr. Riek Machar to Sudan Ambassador Alkurdfani reiterated that the Sudanese government has received Riek Machar in the context of mediation efforts between the parties to the conflict in the state of South Sudan, according to the initiative of IGAD which aims at finding a peaceful solution to the conflict in the state of South Sudan, noting that came to visit, was organized by IGAD .
