
Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has condemned the forced displacement suffered by Christians in Mosul, Iraq, carried out by jihadists of the so-called The Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS), calling it as a crime that cannot be tolerated. OIC confirmed readiness to provide necessary humanitarian aid to the displaced.
OIC Sec-Gen, Iyad bin Amin Madani, in a statement, said the practices that have been conducted by ISIS are alien to Islamic principles that call for justice, fairness, tolerance.
He highlighted the OIC keenness to provide the necessary humanitarian aid for the displaced persons until they return back to their homes.
