National security documents were only with Morsi

 Investigations held by the Supreme State Security Prosecution into the case involving ousted president Mohamed Morsi along with ten others over leaking classified documents to Qatar, revealed detailed of confessions made by a number of suspects in the case.
During investigations, the suspects said Morsi's personal secretary Amin al-Serafy and his daughter Karima Serafy were responsible for dealing with them to leak the documents to Qatar in order to be published in Al-Jazeera TV channel.
They further said that Morsi and Morsi alone was the only person in possession of a large portion of the confidential documents.
The leaked documents include sensitive information about the Egyptian Armed Forces, their stationing locations and nature of arming as well as reports issued by the general and military intelligence agencies, the National Security Agency and the Administrative Control Authority and defense secrets, according to investigations.
Two days ago, Prosecutor General Hesham Barakat approved to refer the case to the Criminal Court.
Morsi also faces a number of other charges in separate court cases, including counts of incitement to murder and breaking out of prison in 2011.
