Mufti: Dar Al-Iftaa has potentials to face extremist thoughts

The Egyptian Dar Al-Iftaa has all needed potentials to face extremist thoughts and terrorist groups, Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam said on Wednesday.
The extremist groups are taking Quranic verses out of their contexts to mislead people, Allam warned during a symposium held at Kafrelsheikh University.
He noted that a draft law was presented to the House of Representatives to prevent non-specialists from issuing fatwas.
