
Moroccan King Mohammad VI on Friday called on the country's political parties to develop "a truly ethical charter for political action." Addressing the first session of the fourth legislative term of the 9th legislative session of Morocco's parliament, King Mohammad VI stressed the democratic choice in the country, urging people to continue abiding by it.
He urged parliamentarians to be mobilized and vigilant in the defense of Morocco's territorial integrity, praising the efforts of the parliamentary and partisan diplomacy in the matter.
The Moroccan monarch also urged all political parties to be ready for the upcoming municipal elections and respect the will of voters.
He called on the Board of Education, Training and Scientific Research to reconsider the vision and content of the reform of the education sector.
He said that he was satisfied with democratic exercises and human rights in the country.
