
Scientific Research Minister Sherif Hammad asserted on Tuesday that the ministry has spared no efforts to support the Suez Canal Development Project.
The minister made the remarks during the opening session of a scientific conference to discuss support to the new project.
The conference is organized by the Suez Canal University in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.
The minister held a meeting earlier on Tuesday with Ismailia governor Ahmed Baha El Dien.
Head of the academy Mahmoud Saqar and Suez Canal University's president Mamdouh Ghorab took part in the meeting.
