Mikati deplores Bir el Abed blast

Outgoing Prime Minister, Najib Mikati, fervently deplored the brutal blast which targeted Bir el Abed region on Tuesday, saying criminal hands make no difference between one region or another. "This explosion indicates that the hands that are involved in crime and abhorrence shall go on in their schemes to blow-up the situation in Lebanon, without differentiating between one area and another," Mikati said, calling on the Lebanese to speedily seek a solution out of the prevailing political and security impasse.
