
Luxor governor Tarek Saad el-Din and Fayyoum governor Hazem Attia on Friday visited Luxor International Hospital to inquire after victims of a tragic road accident that took place in Edfu, northern Aswan, Monday.
Three micro-buses had collided, leaving 26 people, 17 from Fayyoum and nine from Luxor, dead and 18 others wounded.
The governors met with the families of the injured to listen to their demands.
Saad el-Din ordered to provide maximum medical care to the injured and directed to quickly pay compensations.
