Libyan PM Abdullah al-Thani
Tripoli - MENA

Libyan Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thani has said Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) do not interfere in his country's internal affairs.
Responding to claims of the two countries air forces' bombarding targets in Benghazi, eastern Libya, the premier said: "Such claims are not true and are promoted only by Fajr Libya or 'Libya Dawn' that targets the historic ties binding my country with the two Arab states."
He told Sky News Arabic on Sunday the international community had failed in Libya.
"There is negligence of the international powers in supporting the Libyan government," he said.
All armed groups have to hand in their arms ahead of any national conciliation talks, he said.
