Kuwaiti PM appreciates parliament efforts

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah voiced here on Thursday his appreciation for the constructive efforts exerted by the National Assembly in a way that reflects national principles.
Addressing the second session of the 14th legislative term, he recognized that the assembly had helped the government in shouldering responsibility and serving the nation and citizens.
The assembly has embodied the national principles and noble meanings in respecting the constitution and the parliament's internal charter in several positions, he said.
The achievements made so far reflect integration and goodwill for the national interest and constructive cooperation between both legislative and executive authorities to address diverse issues, Sheikh Jaber Mubarak pointed out.
His Highness the Prime Minister hoped that the next parliamentary session could witness the fulfillment of all expectations and hopes of the Kuwaiti people under the wise leadership of Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
