
The Ministry of Defense announced on Wednesday that officers currently held on disciplinary cases would be released on the occasion of the Holy Month of Ramadan, and that the Deputy Army Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Mohammad Khaled Al-Khuder had already signed the order of release.
A statement to this purport issued by the Directorate of Public Relations and Morale added that the release comes upon directives of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah.
The senior army official conveyed his greetings to all military personnel on this blessed occasion, and wished the homeland prosperity and stability under the wise leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
