
Minister of Social Affairs and Labour and Minister of State for Planning and Development, Hind Al-Sabeeh, discussed on Monday with a visiting delegation from Jordan ways to improve and develop cooperation between the two countries.
The Jordanian delegation consists of members from Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development (QRF).
A statement from the ministry said the Jordanian delegation briefed Al-Sabeeh on services provided by the foundation, including its "Edraak" initiative which aims at developing and reforming the education system in Arab countries and improve its mechanism.
Al-Sabeeh expressed appreciation to the foundations' goals that aim to improve the education sector as a whole, one of the main pillars of improving Arab society.
The minister also extended her best wishes for the delegation and success in their mission to benefit the Arab world.
For her part, the Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation Haifa Al-Attiya expressed hopes to continue communication and achieve aspiration of the people in the Arab world through advance education and highly developed Arab society.
The foundation aims to improve learning opportunities for children and young people in Jordan so that they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values that will allow them to excel in a fast-paced and increasingly competitive world.
It aims to push the boundaries of education in Jordan, and across the region, within and beyond the classroom, and facilitate a transformation in educational quality and learning outcomes.
