
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah asserted Thursday the importance of fostering the talented national cadres and encouraging them to excel at their respective specializations.
"Excellence has no limits and all cadres need to continue exerting efforts wholeheartedly to achieve the desired goals," said Sheikh Mohammad who is also Acting Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
He made the comments after meeting President of Kuwait Engineers Society Ayad Al-Hmoud, President of the Kuwaiti Architects Association Maziad Al-Mutairi, and the first five winners of the architectural contest for designing the main entrance to Interior Ministry's headquarters.
The minister praised organizers of the design contest aimed at encouraging Kuwaiti architects to showcase their creativity and talents, and creating a competitive environment for the contenders.
Sheikh Mohammed added that the organizers and competitors are all serving their beloved country and supporting its security, noting that the winners have made an excellent example in the tender with dedication and patriotism.
The minister urged the winners, namely Ahmad Al-Ghadban, Fajir Al-Qattan, Mohammad Adel, Khalid Al-Awadhi and Nasser Al-Mutairi, to continue doing their utmost for the prosperity and the welfare of the homeland.
