Kuwaiti emir receives Kuwait Fire Service officials

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Wednesday at Bayan Palace Director General of Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) Major General Yusuef Abdullah Al-Ansari and several senior KFSD leaders.
During the meeting, Al-Ansari presented to His Highness the Amir a copy of Kuwait firefighting code.
The meeting was attended by Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, Acting Minister of Justice and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah and Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Al-Jarah Al-Sabah.
In statements following the meeting, Al-Ansari expressed his pleasure to meet His Highness the Amir.
He noted that the Kuwait Fire Service will start distributing copies of firefighting code to public and private firms to enhance the safety measures in companies and institutions operating in Kuwait.
Al-Ansari stated that 80 percent of the contents of Kuwait firefighting code were adopted by other Gulf Cooperation Council member states.
