Kuwaiti emir congratulates Kharafi, Lari on parliament posts
His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Hmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Hmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent two congratulatory cables to MPs Adel Al-Kharafi and Ahmad Lari on being elected as Secretary and observer of the National Assembly respectively.
His Highness the Amir also sent congratulatory cables to those MPs who were chosen committee members in uncontested elections.
In his cables, His Highness the Amir wished all of them best of luck in their duty to serve the nation.
His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent them similar congratulatory cables.
