
The Constitutional Court, chaired by Justice Yusuf Al-Mutawa'a, on Wednesday turned down all six contestations against the 2014 National Assembly by-elections.
The Court rebuffed the contestation submitted by attorney Salah Abdulrahman Al-Hashem against His Highness the Prime Minister, National Assembly Speaker and MPs Mohammad Al-Barrak Al-Rashidi, Ahmad Suleiman Al-Qudaibi, Ahmad Ahmad Hajji Lari, Abdullah Yusuf Al-Maayouf and Fares Saad Al-Otaibi.
The contestation that bore No 2/2014 was filed on 2 July 2014.
