MPs' inquiries into issues such as demolishing run down schools, evicting bachelors from families populated areas, and corruption in the state's Oil Ministry were answered by ministers during the complementary session of the National Assembly here Wednesday.
As for the demolishing run down schools, Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Bader Al-Issa said that this matter will be the one he will be focusing on during his tenure.
Meanwhile, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Issa Al-Kanderi said that the officials from the state will meet next Sunday to discuss the issue of bachelors' dwellings in families populated areas.
And as for the corruption at the Oil Ministry, Minister of Oil and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Dr. Ali Al-Omair said that there were no indications that the higher-ups at the Ministry were involved in any sort of corruptive behavior, noting that any violations would be handled swiftly by the state.
