Kuwait sent the third humanitarian aid plane to the war-ravaged Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
The plane has left Abdullah Al-Mubarak air force base in Kuwait on Tuesday heading to the Ismailia Airport in Egypt, Deputy Chairman of Kuwait Red Crescent Society Anwar Al-Hasawi said.
The plane carries a load of 20 tons of medical supplies in addition to a number of KRCS volunteers to meet the shortage in Gaza hospitals, he said.
It is part of an airlift recently launched by the KRCS to transport urgent humanitarian aid to Gaza.
