Askar al-Enezi
Algiers - KUNA

Kuwait's sixth parliamentary friendship delegation, headed by MP Askar Al-Enezi, departed the Algerian capital Friday, heading to Morocco for an official visit.
The visit has attained its positive goal in pushing Kuwaiti-Algerian parliamentary ties toward further development and reinforcement, delegation member MP Mohammad Al-Huwaila stated to KUNA prior to the Kuwaiti mission's departure.
There were similar views on issues concerning both countries, the Kuwaiti lawmaker said, adding that the delegation also discussed ways of developing parliamentary relations between both parliaments, as well as benefiting from field experiences of both sides.
The Kuwaiti-Algerian parliamentary talks also addressed importance of constant communication in order to bolster relations between the people of both countries, Al-Huwaila said, confirming that the visit has opened further prospects for consolidating ties between Kuwaitis and Algerians under leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and President Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
Chief of the Algerian-Kuwaiti Friendship Group Abdelqader Sheneni and Kuwait's Ambassador to Algeria Saud Al-Duwaish were present at the delegation's farewell.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Duwaish praised, in a statement to KUNA, the outcomes of the Kuwaiti visit, noting that visit aimed at strengthening Kuwaiti-Algerian relations, opening new prospects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially since it comes in light of Kuwait's celebration of the UN honoring of His Highness the Amir as "Humanitarian Leader" and Kuwait as "Humanitarian Center".
The mission included MPs Mohammad Al-Huwaila, Kamel Al-Awadi, Madhi Al-Hajiri, Mohammad Al-Barrak and Faris Al-Otaibi.
