The Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) said Friday that it donated two ambulances to the Gaza Strip to help in efforts to transfer the injured and sick there.
KRCS' Deputy Chairman Anwar Al-Hasawi told KUNA that the ambulances were flown from Kuwait today and are expected to reach the Gaza Strip soon.
He affirmed that the KRCS will not hold any efforts to help the people of the Gaza Strip.
An indefinite ceasefire was reached recently in the Gaza Strip between Hamas and Israeli, ending over a month long act of brutal aggression from the Israeli side.
The Israeli assault left over 2,000 Palestinian dead while 10,000 others were injured.
