"Our mission is still to attain an electoral law based on proportionality with Lebanon a sole electoral district," Health Minister Hassan Khalil said during a celebration Amal movement held to commemorate its martyrs and on the occasion of the Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Ali. Khalil put emphasis on the aforementioned electoral law benefits saying it necessitates that all society factions be represented in a proper manner. Pertaining to the electricity issue, Khalil said the government ought to be able to speed up executive projects accomplishment especially in power sector for such a project belongs to all the Lebanese.
