Speaking to the MTV channel, the Minister made clear that the quarrel of the Cabinet Statement was over two main points; the inclusion of Baabda Declaration item and the right of the Lebanon to resist the Israeli occupation. "As long as all parties which partook in the National Dialogue Conference agreed upon Baabda Declaration, then there would be no difficulty or a problem in adopting the declaration as a basis," he said. "If they did not wish to use the declaration as a basis then they ought to adopt it as it is," he added
