The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs on Saturday called on the Jordanian citizens not to travel to Yemen where the security situation has deteriorated in recent weeks.
In a statement, the Ministry called on Jordanians currently in Yemen, whose stay is not deemed essential, to leave the country and exercise extreme caution in view of the situation there.
It also called on Jordanian expats in Yemen to contact the Jordanian embassy, when needed, on the following numbers: 009671413277 , 009671413276 or 00967736412412.
In case of emergency, the ministry urged Jordanians to call 0096265735150 or contact its operation center on 0096265735166.
