
His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, opened the Princess Iman Military Housing Compound in the Zarqa Governorate, in the presence of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mashal Mohammad Zaben.
The opening was part of efforts to implement the King's directives to provide comfort, stability and decent living to members of the Armed Forces and ease their financial and travel burdens, especially for those living in remote cities and villages.
His Majesty also inspected a number of apartments built in 126 and 143 square meters.
The project, which comprises 25 buildings with 400 apartments, was designed in line with the best engineering standards and in cooperation with the Military Housing and Works Department and a specialized company.
