Iraqi president receives invitation to attend Paris Agreement signing ceremony

Iraqi President Fuad Masum received on Sunday a phone call from UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
Ban invited the Iraqi president to attend the signing ceremony of the Paris Agreement, scheduled to be held in the French capital in April.
Representatives of 195 countries will attend the ceremony.
